SHIPPING
Physical Products
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping is included to the contiguous US. Estimated delivery is 1-10 business days from the day of shipping. Contact us for shipping outside the above-mentioned region. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, and customers will be notified accordingly. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Digital Products
Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) are delivered via a third party to the email address provided during checkout. To have your NFT sent directly to an Ethereum address of your choice, simply reply to the order confirmation email within 5 minutes of receiving it (please check your spam folder) with your preferred recipient Ethereum address. Please note that all NFT orders are processed on an ongoing basis during periods of low gas fees to minimize transaction costs, subject to our discretion, and could take days or weeks to be fulfilled depending on market activity.
RETURNS
The sales of digital products, including but not limited to Non-Fungible Tokens, are final. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the recipient cryptocurrency address or email provided at the time of purchase. We strongly advise customers to double-check their details before completing a transaction.
For all other orders, contact us at studio@ortizcortez.com within 72 hours of order delivery to initiate a return. Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any relevant details or photos.
